Who We Are

In 2015, Eng. Kazibwe Essien envisioned a brighter future for the underprivileged in the villages and slums of Uganda, leading to the establishment of the Essien Kazibwe Foundation (EKF). The foundation, officially registered in 2021, embarked on a noble mission to uplift those in need. Eng. Kazibwe Essien's commitment was strengthened by the support of his family from Kiboga and a group of dedicated individuals, including Jakana John, KIBUUKA Geoffrey, Mr. Mugabi Isaac (CEO of Mugi Media), Sserwada Badru (CEO of Elite Football Clubs), and Katende Ibrahim (CEO of P2P Estates). Together, they joined hands, weaving a narrative of compassion and community service, making the dream of a better life for the marginalized a tangible reality.
